Leading with Purpose. Serving with Compassion.
At His Redeeming Love Care Network, we believe effective leadership begins with a heart for service. Each board member has created and established their own 501(c)(3) charitable tax-exempt organization.
Our leadership is guided by a shared commitment to compassion, integrity, accountability, and the belief that every individual deserves an opportunity to move forward, regardless of their circumstances.
We recognize that meaningful community impact requires more than good intentions. It requires responsible stewardship, thoughtful decision-making, and a willingness to work alongside others to address the challenges facing individuals and families.
Together, our leadership works to ensure that HRL Care Network remains grounded in its mission while building relationships, strengthening community partnerships, and creating opportunities for lasting change.
MEET OUR FOUNDER
Shamell Shatonna Benson
Founder & Executive Director
"My credibility was not forged in a traditional boardroom; it was built through profound resilience, personal survival, and an unshakable commitment to human equity. I am a two-time HBCU graduate, a stroke survivor, a housing-instability survivor, a retired high school educator, and an aspiring author. These are not just titles; they are the exact lived experiences that define my perspective, fuel my empathy, and serve as the foundation as a Doctor of Jurisprudence candidate at the University of the District of Columbia School of Law and as the founder of HRL Care Network, headquartered in Pike Road, Alabama, where this organization was birthed in intimacy and through fervent prayer with my Lord and Savior, Jesus.".
From His heart to mine and now to the world.
-Blessings
